How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within one working day. Delivery takes three to five working days from dispatch, so most orders arrive inside a week.
The date shown on the product page is the day your order should have arrived by. If it has not turned up by then, email support@thelifebehind.com and we will chase it.
Do not fix the plaque until the page is ready
The plaque arrives with a card asking you to scan it first. Set the memory page up at home, in your own time, and fix the plaque to the memorial once you are happy with it. There is no rush, and nothing is lost by waiting.
It also means the backing stays sealed, which keeps your 60 day guarantee open while you decide.
Where we deliver
We ship within the United Kingdom only at the moment. If you are outside the UK and would like one, email us and we will see what we can do.
Keeping you posted
We will email you when your order is on its way. If anything is going to take longer than we have said here, we will tell you rather than leave you wondering.
Returns, and who pays the postage
You have 60 days to send it back for a full refund, as long as the backing is still sealed and the plaque has not been fitted. That sits on top of your legal right to cancel within 14 days.
If you are sending it back because you changed your mind, return postage is yours to cover. If the plaque is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, we cover it. Everything is on our returns page.
