What cookies we use
This shop runs on Shopify, which sets a small number of cookies needed to make it work: keeping your basket, remembering your session, and keeping checkout secure. These are strictly necessary and cannot be turned off, because without them the shop does not function.
Advertising and analytics
We advertise online, and when you visit this shop we may set cookies from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and from analytics tools so we can understand which adverts brought people here and whether the site is working properly.
These are not strictly necessary, and we ask your consent before setting them. You can decline, and the shop will work exactly the same.
We do not track anyone on a memory page
This matters enough to say separately.
No advertising or analytics cookies are set on a memory page. If you scan a plaque at a graveside, or open someone's memory page from a link, nothing about that visit is passed to Meta or to any advertising network. There is no pixel on those pages.
Somebody standing at a memorial should not become an audience segment. Tracking belongs on a shop, not on a page about someone who has died.
Managing cookies
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies when you first visit, and change your mind later in your browser settings. You can block or delete cookies at any time, though blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop the basket and checkout working.
